What it does

Ads Center sits under Business in the NETICS sidebar, with Ads overview, Create campaign, Media report and Ad accounts. Inside, a tab row reaches every part of it: Overview, Campaigns, Create campaign, Creative studio, Optimization, Attribution, Media report, Ad accounts and Activity.

It brings your advertising into the same place as your customers. Campaign figures come from your connected ad accounts, leads land in NETICS CRM, and paid orders and invoices show which ads brought in money. Every figure says where it came from: reported by the platform, counted in NETICS CRM, or worked out from the two. Each account shows when it last synced. NETICS never calls a figure real-time when it is not.

Who it is for

Businesses that already pay for ads and want to know what the money bought: a property developer in Lekki running lead ads, a fashion brand selling on Instagram, a salon filling its calendar. See how ads fit real estate, fashion and beauty and wellness businesses.

How it works in NETICS

  1. Open Ad accounts and press Connect account on a platform card. Sign in at the platform and choose which ad accounts NETICS syncs. The first sync reads the last 30 days; after that each selected account syncs about every 30 minutes, or at once with Sync now.
  2. Open Create campaign and answer five steps: "What should this campaign achieve?" (fifteen goals, from Get leads and Increase sales to Get messages, Get bookings and Store visits), "What are you advertising?" (optionally picked from your catalogue), "Describe it in your own words", "Review and edit the proposal", and "Check and publish".
  3. Publishing asks you to confirm, because money starts going out on each platform once it is published. Tick "Start paused (I will switch it on myself)" if you want to switch it on later.
  4. In Creative studio, use "Write ad copy with NETICS". Copy is cut to each platform's character limits, with image and video ideas beside it, and you upload the images and videos the builder offers for each campaign.
  5. From Campaigns, pause, resume or change a budget. NETICS makes the change on the platform straight away and logs it in Activity.
  6. Read Attribution to follow each platform from spend to leads, qualified leads, opportunities, customers, revenue and return on ad spend.

Key capabilities

  • The platforms you use. The Ad accounts page has cards for Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Audience Network), Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display, Performance Max), TikTok and LinkedIn. A card switches on once NETICS's developer approval with that platform is in place, and until then it reads "Not available yet".
  • Any other channel, by hand. Snapchat, X, a local network, radio, print or WhatsApp status are added under More platforms and reported through Media report, typed in or imported from a CSV template.
  • Ad leads in your CRM. A Meta lead form submission becomes a CRM contact at stage "new", matched by email or phone so nobody is duplicated, with the platform, campaign and ad kept on the contact. Lead exports from other platforms come in by CSV.
  • Two revenue figures, never mixed. Platform-reported conversion value and NETICS-attributed revenue (money actually paid by customers whose ad lead reached the CRM) are shown side by side, and the page says what it cannot know.
  • Channel comparison. The overview ranks every channel by one measure you choose: return on ad spend, cost per conversion, cost per lead or cost per click. A channel bought for enquiries is not judged on revenue. Moving budget between channels is advice; you move the money.
  • Recommendations with their evidence. Optimization shows what the data shows, why NETICS suggests a change, and exactly what would change. Only raising a budget, lowering one and pausing a campaign are carried out; the rest is advice.
  • Auto-pilot inside your limits. Off by default. Under "When a rule is met" choose "Make the change" or "Only tell me", then set a daily spending ceiling, the largest budget increase and cut, days to leave new campaigns alone, minimum spend before judging, quiet hours and a cap on changes a day. Only campaigns marked AI managed are touched, and changes above an amount you set wait for you.
  • Currencies kept honest. Totals are converted into your reporting currency with stored rates, and an account with no rate is left out and listed, not guessed.

Plan availability

Ads Center is on Growth (NGN 200,000 a month) and Enterprise, which is agreed with Lognetics through info@neticsai.com. On the trial, Pay as you go and Starter it stays in the sidebar with a padlock and opens a page offering the upgrade. Prices exclude VAT. The money for your ads is spent from your own ad accounts on each platform. See pricing for what each plan includes, and analytics for the reporting every Growth plan gets.

What it does not do yet

LinkedIn campaigns cannot be created from NETICS, because LinkedIn needs a post from your company page; NETICS reads, reports, pauses and changes budgets there. Google campaigns built in NETICS are Search campaigns. Google lead form leads arrive by CSV import rather than automatically.

Frequently asked questions

Which ad platforms can I connect?

Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn each have a card on the Ad accounts page, and each card opens for connection once that platform's developer approval for NETICS is complete. The card tells you which are open today. Every other channel is reported by hand or by CSV.

Will NETICS spend money without asking me?

No campaign is published without your confirmation. Auto-pilot is off until you switch it on, can run in "Only tell me" mode, never raises a budget without a daily spending ceiling, and leaves alone any campaign not marked AI managed.

Do leads from Facebook and Instagram lead forms reach my CRM?

Yes. Each lead becomes a contact in NETICS CRM with the ad that brought it, so your team can follow up in the sales pipeline and the sale is credited to the right campaign.

Can I include radio, billboards or WhatsApp status ads?

Yes. Add them in Media report with their spend, impressions, clicks, conversions or revenue, and they appear in the channel comparison labelled as reported rather than synced.

What happens to my data if I disconnect an account?

A plain Disconnect keeps the history. "Disconnect and delete data" removes the ad accounts, campaigns, ads, figures and lead records copied from that connection, and tells you how many of each were removed.
