What it does
Website Builder is NETICS Websites, found under Web & Apps in the sidebar: Overview, My Websites, Blog, Domains, Hosting, Business Email and Database & Apps. NETICS writes the site from what it already knows about your business, hosts it, puts it on your domain, gives you email addresses on that domain, and keeps it tied to your products, bookings and NETICS CRM.
A site NETICS builds is connected to your customer agent when you publish it. Every page carries the agent's chat, and its knowledge is rebuilt from the site's own words each time you publish, so a new price is what your NETICS agent says from the moment it is live.
Who it is for
Businesses that need a proper website without hiring a web team, and businesses that already have one and want it connected to their sales. How it works in NETICS
- Open Website Builder > My Websites and press Build my website. Choose how to start: Describe it, Redesign my current site, From pictures or a design, Upload your website, Import from GitHub, or Restore a backup.
- Pick a starting layout and describe the business in your own words. A layout is a plan of pages and sections, not a template with placeholder text: NETICS writes every word from your business. The site stays a draft until you publish it.
- Change it by asking in plain words, such as "add a Careers page" or "change our phone number everywhere", or edit pages, design and content by hand. Every change is its own version you can undo.
- Before you publish, the review checks links, forms, pictures, search details and missing pages. A page asking visitors for passwords, PINs, BVN or card numbers cannot be published.
- Publish to a free address at yourname.neticsai.app with HTTPS. To use your own domain, open Domains, add it, then add the TXT record that proves it is yours and the routing record NETICS gives you; NETICS switches HTTPS on. One domain is the main one and the others send visitors to it.
- Run the site from its workspace tabs: Manage (Content, Blog, Products, Media, Forms and leads, NETICS Agent), Grow (SEO and GEO, Analytics) and Settings.
Key capabilities
- Forms and leads in one list. Contact and quote forms, newsletter sign-ups, bookings and orders the site brought in are listed newest first, each opening where it lives in NETICS.
- Selling and booking on the site. Product pages can carry a Buy now button when you take payments on the site, and visitors can book from it, with the order or booking landing in orders and payments and bookings.
- Found by search engines and AI assistants. The SEO and GEO tab audits each page for titles, descriptions, headings, picture descriptions and thin pages, and NETICS can fix what it finds. Every published site serves sitemap.xml, robots.txt and llms.txt.
- Analytics without cookies. Visits, contact form sends and taps on phone, WhatsApp and order links are counted without following anyone, with each visit's source: ads, email, search, social, AI assistants, another website or direct.
- Hosting you can see. The Hosting page checks each live site every ten minutes from outside and counts addresses visitors asked for that the site does not have.
- Bring your own site. Upload a zip (up to 100 MB and 5,000 files) and NETICS serves it as it is, keeping the ten newest deploys for one-click rollback.
- Business Email on your domain. Prove the domain with one TXT record, add the MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records NETICS lists, then create addresses such as hello@ and sales@, group addresses, extra addresses, forwarding, automatic replies and signatures. Read mail in NETICS webmail or any mail app.
- Customer accounts, if you want them. Switch on Customer accounts and a My account link lets your customers sign in with a code emailed under your business name to see their orders, invoices, quotes and bookings.
- A blog on every plan. Write and schedule posts on any plan, shown on your hosted blog page and RSS feed.
Plan availability
Website Builder, with Domains, Hosting and Business Email, is on the Enterprise plan only, agreed with Lognetics through info@neticsai.com. On the trial, Pay as you go, Starter and Growth these pages carry a padlock and open a page that says "Website Builder is on the Enterprise plan".
The Blog stays open on every plan, including the free trial; its AI draft and AI rewrite are on Enterprise. Database & Apps, for collections, member sign-in and attendance behind your own site or app, is on Growth and Enterprise, and developers reach it through the developer platform. See pricing.
What it does not do yet
You cannot buy a domain inside NETICS yet. Domain search tells you whether a name is free; buy it at any registrar, then add it on Domains. Webmail writes plain-text messages without attachments, and there is no import of old mail from another provider.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Add it on the Domains tab or in the website's Settings, add the two DNS records NETICS shows, and NETICS checks them and switches HTTPS on. Your yourname.neticsai.app address then sends visitors to your domain, so search engines see one site.
Can I bring a website I already built?
Yes. Upload a zip of the finished site and NETICS serves it as it is at your NETICS address or your own domain. Import from GitHub sits in the same dialog; where GitHub is not yet switched on for your workspace, the page says so and offers the zip upload instead.
Will my NETICS agent answer on the website?
Yes. Publishing connects the site to your first switched-on customer agent, or makes one for it within your plan's agent allowance, and it answers from the published words of the site.
Do I need Enterprise to run a blog?
No. Writing, scheduling and publishing posts by hand is open on every plan. Only the AI draft and AI rewrite tools need Enterprise.
Can NETICS build or change the site when I ask in chat?
Yes, on Enterprise. Ask NETICS to build a site or change one and it writes a new draft. Putting a change live, or connecting a domain, waits for you to confirm.
