What it does
My Enterprise is the sidebar group a company on the Enterprise plan uses to run field work, contracts and several branches from one console. It has eight pages: Company overview, Group customers, Projects & field reports, Delivery logistics, Quotations, Sales activity, Service & maintenance and Legal matters. Every record sits on the same customers, orders, stock and invoices as the rest of NETICS, so a quotation becomes an invoice in Finance and a delivery points at the order it carries.
Company overview opens on the business structure: regions, branches, departments and people, an organisation chart you can click into, and how each department's work is moving. Below it, the operational overview counts what is open and what needs attention in each module, filtered by branch, department and dates, and every count opens the matching records. Money totals stay per currency and are never combined.
Who it is for
Companies that have outgrown one shop: a solar installer sending crews to sites across Lagos and Abuja, a distributor running its own vans, an engineering firm with maintenance contracts, or a group with several companies under one owner. See how it fits solar and energy, logistics and delivery and manufacturing and distribution.
How it works in NETICS
- Your NETICS account team switches on Enterprise and the modules your company uses. Company overview marks each one "Enabled for this company" with an "Open module" button.
- Set up regions and branches under User Management > Branches, people and departments under Employees, and who may do what under Roles & access, where a role can reach its own records, its branch or the whole organisation.
- In Quotations, prepare a quotation with lines, a Valid until date, a currency, a discount and a VAT rate. Copy the customer link so the customer can accept it online, or record their acceptance yourself, then use Create draft invoice and it is ready in Finance.
- In Projects & field reports, move a project from Site survey to Scheduled, In progress, Commissioned and Handed over. Assign a crew, file a daily field report, record commissioning checks, and attach files and photos to the project.
- In Delivery logistics, plan a dispatch, assign a driver and vehicle, and mark it Dispatched, then Delivered with the recipient's name and proof notes, or Delivery exception. Short or damaged items are recorded as discrepancies.
- In Service & maintenance, record equipment with its serial number, location, warranty expiry and a service interval. Schedule visits, and use Invoice parts and labour when the work is done.
- Log calls, meetings and visits in Sales activity with outcomes and follow-up dates, against dated sales targets.
- Keep matters and their deadlines in Legal matters, marking a matter confidential when only its creator and assignee should see it.
Key capabilities
- Service plans that book visits. Set "Service every" a number of days and NETICS books the next visit itself, one open visit per asset, never a backlog of missed ones, and nothing for retired equipment.
- Parts that leave stock. Parts an engineer fits come out of inventory and reach the customer's invoice.
- Proof of delivery you can check later. A delivered record is signed so any later change to who received it, when, where and what was short shows up. The driver's location is captured when they mark it delivered, where the phone allows, and NETICS suggests an order for a day's stops, nearest first.
- A real legal diary. A matter holds several deadlines, each with its own reminder window, plus a court docket of hearings with the court, suit number and adjournments. A calendar feed lets a phone subscribe.
- Approval chains. Approvals governs purchase requests, quotations, leave requests and legal matters. Nobody approves their own request, nobody approves the same step twice, and editing a chain never changes a request already in flight.
- Reminders that keep secrets. Warranty, maintenance, service visit, legal deadline and sales follow-up dates raise in-app notifications to the creator and assignee, without confidential titles or customer names.
- Account officer and branch on customers. Since 18 October 2026 a customer records the branch it is registered under and an account officer, picked from Employees or typed, shown in the directory, the profile and the CSV export.
- Group customers. One shared identity for a customer several companies in a group serve. Each company links its own record; nothing is copied between companies.
- Several companies, one account. Workspaces in a client account share one plan and pooled allowances: a person counts once for seats, and agents, voice minutes, automations and agent tasks draw from one total. Authorised group members see consolidated counts across companies.
Plan availability
My Enterprise is part of the Enterprise plan, agreed with Lognetics by contacting info@neticsai.com. Enterprise includes everything in Growth with up to 10 agents, 30 seats, 20,000 voice minutes as standard, more workspaces by agreement and dedicated onboarding. Below Enterprise the My Enterprise pages are hidden, and the free trial does not include them. Approvals is on every plan, and adding a second branch needs Growth. See pricing.
Private Enterprise has the same features as Enterprise. What it adds is the company's own address, on its own domain, and a dedicated setup, billed by contract.
What it does not do yet
Delivery logistics does not connect to courier or carrier tracking systems: your own drivers record each step in NETICS. Modules are switched on by your NETICS account team rather than from the console, and single sign-on and white-label controls are not available on any plan yet.
Frequently asked questions
Can a customer accept a quotation online?
Yes. Copy the customer link from the quotation and send it. The customer reads the quotation on its own page and accepts it there, once, before it expires. If they accept by phone or in person, record the acceptance yourself. Either way, the draft invoice is one step away.
Does Delivery logistics track parcels with courier companies?
No. There is no carrier tracking integration. Deliveries are planned, dispatched and confirmed by your team, with proof of delivery and discrepancies kept on the record.
Who can see a confidential legal matter?
Only the person who created it and the person it is assigned to. Its reminders go to those two people alone and never name the matter.
Can we run several companies under one account?
Yes. Each company has its own workspace and records, and the client account shares the plan and allowances. Your NETICS account team sets up company groups and decides who may see group reporting.
Can we switch modules on ourselves?
Not yet. Tell your NETICS account team which modules your company needs and they configure them. Your role and assigned scope then decide which records each person sees.
