The problems real estate businesses face
- Enquiries from everywhere. Ads, property portals, WhatsApp, calls and walk-ins. Leads sit on each agent's personal phone and leave when the agent does.
- The same questions on every listing. Price, title documents, payment plan, service charge, asked again and again.
- Inspections that go wrong. Two buyers booked for one slot, or an agent stuck in traffic while the client waits at the gate.
- Long decisions, short memory. A buyer may take months, and without steady follow-up the lead goes cold.
- Rent and charges to chase. Tenants need invoices and reminders, and nobody can see at a glance who still owes.
How NETICS solves them
Every enquiry answered from your own facts
Upload your listings, price lists and payment plans to the Knowledge Base. NETICS answers on your website chat and, once your number is connected, on WhatsApp, using only what you have published. When a question is not covered, it offers a person instead of guessing, and a buyer who types "abeg call me" is handed to your team at once with an alert. See AI customer agents and WhatsApp.
A pipeline that moves on its own
In NETICS CRM > CRM workspace > Automations > Pipeline, every lead sits in New, Contacted, Qualified, Converted or Lost. The board listens: a reply, a clicked email, a finished call or a form submission moves a lead to Qualified, and outreach moves it to Contacted. Switch on Follow-ups and NETICS sends two emails in your words to people who asked and went quiet. Leads still marked New stay out unless you switch that on too, because an imported list never gave consent. See Sales pipeline.
Inspections in Bookings
In NETICS CRM > Bookings, add each agent, show flat or site as a resource with its bookable hours. Inspections show in week, month and agenda views, with statuses including No show and Waitlist, and Reschedule moves one in a click. When you choose "Takes appointments" during onboarding, NETICS takes the buyer's preferred time in chat and, once they confirm, opens an appointment request for your team. See Bookings.
Forms and automations
Build an enquiry form under CRM workspace > Tools > Forms and put it on your site. Automations start when a form is submitted, a contact is created or a tag is added, and can send an email, a WhatsApp message or an SMS to contacts who opted in. See Automations.
One record per client
Every buyer or tenant gets a customer profile: a timeline of chats, calls and bookings, an account statement of their invoices, and files such as the signed contract. See NETICS CRM.
For developers and larger firms
On Enterprise, My Enterprise adds Quotations that clients accept online by typing their name, Projects & field reports for construction sites, and Sales activity with targets for calls, visits and meetings. Subscriptions bill a fixed amount every month, quarter or year with a secure pay link. See Enterprise operations. Website Builder's "Real estate" layout shows your listings and an inspection booking section; see Website Builder.
An example day
An estate agency in Lekki with four agents:
- 7:15. Someone who saw an ad asks on WhatsApp about a three-bedroom terrace: price, title and payment plan. NETICS answers from the listings sheet and asks when they would like to see it.
- 9:00. The office manager opens the Omnichannel Inbox. Two overnight chats carry a "Waiting on a person" note because the buyers asked for an agent. She assigns them.
- 11:00. The day's inspections sit in the Bookings week view, one per agent. A buyer asks to come later, and the agent uses Reschedule.
- 14:00. A website form arrives. The contact is created, an automation emails the brochure link, and the lead appears in the pipeline.
- 17:00. Leads that went quiet after their first reply get the second follow-up email.
- 18:30. The principal asks NETICS Chat, "How many new leads this week, and where did they come from?"
Which plan fits
Starter (NGN 50,000 a month) suits a small agency: one NETICS agent on your website and WhatsApp with 1,500 AI answers a month, three seats, NETICS CRM with the pipeline, follow-ups, forms, Bookings, Finance invoices and ten automations at a time. Pay as you go has the same features with one seat and no monthly fee: you pay from credits as you use them, 3 credits (NGN 45) for each AI answer.
Growth (NGN 200,000 a month) is for bigger teams: 15 seats, several branches, a phone number answered by NETICS, 10,000 AI answers a month, up to 100 automations on at once, bulk CRM actions, email campaigns with no per-email charge, Ads Center and Analytics. SMS is NGN 10 a message from credits on every plan.
Enterprise, agreed with the NETICS team, adds My Enterprise, Website Builder and Subscriptions for developers and property groups. The 3-day free trial needs no card. See the pricing page.
Frequently asked questions
What happens when a price or payment plan changes?
Tell NETICS in the console, for example "the Ajah duplex is now NGN 95 million". It finds where the old figure is written in your business profile and documents and shows the old and new wording, and nothing changes until you confirm.
Will NETICS message leads I imported from a spreadsheet?
Not on its own. Broadcasts and automations only reach contacts marked as subscribed, and automatic follow-ups skip new imported leads unless you switch that on. Importing a list is not consent.
Is there a real estate template?
No template preloads property fields. The industry you choose is a label. During onboarding, pick how you work, such as "Collects leads", "Takes appointments" and "Rents resources", and NETICS prepares the matching workflows.
Can NETICS collect rent?
On every plan, ERP Route > Finance raises invoices with a link the tenant opens, records payments by transfer, POS, cash or card, and sends reminders when you press Send reminders. On Enterprise, Subscriptions bill a fixed charge each period with a secure pay link and mark the subscriber overdue a week into an unpaid period.
