The problems professional firms face
- Enquiries arrive everywhere. A WhatsApp message, an email to a partner, a call to reception. Some get a reply in a day, some never do.
- No pipeline. Nobody can say how many prospects are waiting for a proposal, or which ones went quiet after the first meeting.
- Quotes go back and forth. Version three is sent, the client accepts version two, and nobody is sure which price was agreed.
- Consultations live in personal calendars. The office cannot see who is free on Thursday.
- Invoices are chased by hand. The firm knows money is owed, but not how much, by whom or for how long.
- Deadlines sit in diaries. Filing dates, court dates and licence renewals depend on one person remembering.
How NETICS solves them
First answers, without guessing
Put your services, fee approach, process and office details in the Knowledge Base. Your NETICS agent answers on your website chat from the documents you published. When the evidence is not there it refuses to guess and offers a person. Connect your firm's mailbox and new email lands in the Omnichannel Inbox with a reply drafted by NETICS and a category such as Enquiry or Billing; nothing is sent until someone on your team replies.
Leads with a next step
Each prospect is a contact in NETICS CRM. The pipeline moves them through New, Contacted, Qualified, Converted and Lost. A form under Tools, Forms captures enquiries from your site, and automations can tag a new contact or put a follow-up on your team's list. Automatic follow-ups email people who asked and went quiet, if they agreed to hear from you.
Consultations in one calendar
Bookings holds appointments and meetings for the whole firm. Add a meeting room or a consultant as a resource, see the week by day or month, and filter by organiser or status.
Engagements on a board
On the Orders page, the "Services and projects" order flow runs Requested, Confirmed, In progress, Ready for review and Completed, delivered "At the customer's site", "At our premises" or "Remote or online". Rename the steps to match your practice, for example "With the partner". An engagement reaches Completed only when its payment is verified.
Quotations and legal matters
On Enterprise, My Enterprise adds two enterprise modules. Quotations hold lines, a discount, a VAT rate and a "Valid until" date, with a branded PDF and a customer link where the client types their name to accept. "Revise for the customer" makes the next round and asks what changed and why, so the earlier version can no longer be accepted. An accepted quotation becomes a draft invoice in one step, and one over your approval threshold waits for approval before it goes out.
Legal matters keep contracts, agreements, licences, permits, compliance items and litigation, each with a next deadline and the action it needs. Matters are confidential by default, so only the creator and the assignee see them. Each person can subscribe their own calendar to the deadlines they are allowed to see.
Invoices and what you are owed
Finance, on every plan, numbers invoices INV-0001 onwards, emails the client a link to view, print and pay, and sends reminders when you press Send reminder. Record payments by transfer, cash, POS, card or cheque. "Who owes you" sorts unpaid invoices by how late they are.
On Enterprise, the Website Builder has a "Law, finance or consulting firm" layout with practice areas and a Consultation page that books into your calendar.
An example day
- 7:30am. A Lagos startup founder asks the website chat of an accounting firm what company registration involves. NETICS answers from the firm's published service guide.
- 10am. The practice manager opens the pipeline, moves two prospects to Qualified, and books a consultation for Thursday.
- 2pm. A partner revises a quotation with a reason. The client accepts the new round on the customer link that evening.
- 5pm. Finance shows three invoices over 30 days late. The accounts officer sends reminders in one bulk action.

Frequently asked questions
Will NETICS give legal or tax advice to our clients?
No. It answers only from the documents you publish and refuses to guess when they do not cover a question, offering a person instead. Keep your published documents to what you are happy for any visitor to read.
Can clients accept a quotation online?
Yes, on Enterprise. You copy the quotation's customer link and send it. The client reads it, downloads the PDF, and types their full name to accept, which is recorded on the quotation.
Does NETICS send our email for us?
Not on its own. With your mailbox connected, NETICS drafts replies to incoming email, and a person on your team reviews and sends each one from the Omnichannel Inbox.
Who sees confidential matters?
A matter marked confidential is seen only by the person who created it and the person it is assigned to. Its reminders go to those two people and never include the title or the client's name.
We are a two-person firm. Is NETICS too much?
Starter's three seats cover a small team, and every page is open to look around. A feature your plan lacks is offered as an upgrade when you use it.
