What it does
Analytics is the reporting page in NETICS, under Insights > Analytics in the sidebar: "Business intelligence across calls, revenue, customers, branches, broadcasts and conversations." Every figure is counted on the server over your whole history for the range you pick, so the numbers stay right however big the business grows. Empty periods stay empty; nothing is estimated or filled in.
The report has seven tabs. Overview shows total revenue, calls, orders and bookings with their trend, where customers reach you and a heat map of call times. Calls & AI covers the AI resolution rate, average handling time, calls by hour and the most common requests. Revenue & Sales shows order value, AI-attributed revenue, the revenue trend, a conversion funnel and your best sellers. Customers shows customer value, VIP and contacted counts, call sentiment and retention cohorts of repeat buyers. Branches compares revenue, calls, orders, bookings and staff by location. Broadcasts shows delivery, open, click and response rates, and Conversations shows volume, unread threads, human takeovers and unanswered questions.
Under the Overview sits Across NETICS: a card for each other part of the business you use and are allowed to see. The NETICS CRM card shows contacts, new contacts, CRM emails and contacts by stage. The ERP Route card shows invoiced, collected, expenses, outstanding, purchase orders and low stock items. The User Management card shows team members, employees, open and completed tasks, branches and actions logged. On Growth and Enterprise, an Ads Center card joins them, and on Enterprise so do cards for My Enterprise and the Website Builder.
Who it is for
Owners and managers who want facts rather than a feeling: a restaurant group comparing branches in Lagos and Abuja, a retailer checking which products sell, a clinic watching no-shows and call times, or a school seeing which channel enquiries come from. It suits anyone with more than one branch, since branch comparison is where the Growth plan's branch and team reporting shows up. See restaurants and food and retail and e-commerce.
How it works in NETICS
- Open Insights > Analytics. On Growth the full report opens; on the trial, Pay as you go and Starter the page says "Analytics is included from the Growth plan" with a See the Growth plan button.
- Pick a range at the top: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days or Year to date. Every tab uses it.
- Move across the tabs: Overview, Calls & AI, Revenue & Sales, Customers, Branches, Broadcasts and Conversations.
- Scroll the Overview to Across NETICS and use each card's link, such as Open CRM or Open Finance, to go straight to the work behind a number.
- Press Export to download a CSV with the range, the main totals and every figure on the Across NETICS cards you can see.
- For a question the report does not answer directly, ask NETICS. From the orb on any page or in NETICS Chat, ask "How were sales this month?" or "Which branch is behind?" and NETICS reads your sales, leads, customers, branches, calls, products, stock and overdue follow-ups to answer.
Key capabilities
- Any range, real data. Seven, 30 or 90 days, or the year to date, all counted on the server from real records.
- AI-attributed revenue. See how much revenue came from orders NETICS took and calls it handled, next to your total.
- Branch comparison. Revenue by branch and a table of calls, orders, bookings and staff per location, across the whole network.
- Customer retention. Cohorts show what share of each month's first-time buyers came back to buy again.
- Call insight. Calls by hour, a day-by-hour heat map, the most common requests and the sentiment of analysed calls.
- Broadcast results. Broadcasts sent, delivery, open, click and response rates for the period, and a row for each broadcast with what was delivered, clicked and answered.
- Across NETICS. CRM, ERP Route and User Management cards, plus Ads Center on Growth and Enterprise and My Enterprise and Website Builder on Enterprise, each shown only to people allowed to see that area.
- CSV export. One file with the range, the headline totals and every card figure you can see.
- Insights on demand. NETICS answers questions about your numbers in plain words, and Business agents on Growth can report to you on a schedule.
Plan availability
The Analytics page is part of Growth (NGN 200,000 a month) and Enterprise. Growth also brings branch and team reporting, which means you can add more than one branch and compare them here.
On Starter (NGN 50,000 a month), Pay as you go and the 3-day free trial, the Dashboard keeps its headline numbers and its briefing, and you can ask NETICS about your business at any time, but the Analytics page itself shows the Growth offer instead of the report. Prices exclude VAT.
The Dashboard on every plan
The Dashboard is the first page after sign-in, and owners and admins see a briefing built around "What moved. What needs you. What comes next." You can switch between Today, Since last visit and Since I onboarded on NETICS, press Listen to your business report to hear it read aloud, or open Read the full briefing. Cards cover business activity, the CRM pipeline, a finance snapshot, where people reach you, what happened while you were away and your next appointments. View more statistics across your business opens Business momentum, Activity mix ("Where things moved") and Recorded outcomes ("NETICS at work"), which counts the calls NETICS resolved and the orders and bookings it created.
Frequently asked questions
What do I see on Starter?
The Dashboard with its headline numbers, briefing and activity, and NETICS answering questions about your sales, leads, customers and stock. The full Analytics page, with its tabs, ranges, branch comparison and export, starts on Growth.
Where do the numbers come from?
From the records NETICS already keeps: calls by start time, orders and bookings by when they were created, revenue from order totals and from calls, and conversations from every channel. Nothing is sampled or estimated, and an empty period stays empty.
Can I compare my branches?
Yes, on Growth. The Branches tab shows revenue by branch and a comparison table with calls, orders, bookings and staff for each location. Adding a second branch is itself part of Growth's branch and team reporting.
Can I export the report?
Yes. The Export button downloads a CSV with the chosen range, the main totals for calls, orders, bookings and revenue, the AI resolution rate, and every figure from the Across NETICS cards you are allowed to see.
Can I just ask NETICS instead of reading charts?
Yes, on every plan. Ask from the NETICS orb or in NETICS Chat, typed or spoken, and NETICS reads your live figures to answer, for example which products sold most this month or which follow-ups are overdue.
